Dubai is bringing the world its first rotating skyscraper

The future is coming, and it's all about those 360-degree views.
Dubai plans to take your 360-degree experience far beyond video by building the world's first ever rotating skyscraper by 2020.

The innovative city in the United Arab Emirates, which is also aiming to bring the world its first hyperloop, is no stranger to cutting-edge technology.

The "Dynamic Tower," which was proposed in 2008 by Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher, will feature 80 rotating stories that make the building look as if it's in constant motion. Not to mention it'll produce insanely cool views.

Each different story of the futuristic apartment building will rotate 360 degrees and move independently, so residents can control their speed or decide to stop movement altogether with simple voice commands. The downside? Each unit costs $30 million.
$30 million for an apartment... 

One of the main visual perks of living in the revolutionary tower is that you'll be able to watch the sun rise and set from the same window.

And in case that's not cool enough, wind turbines are located between each floor of the building to provide the structure with power. We're sure this building would make The Jetsons proud.
